Presentation of UHHRU report “Lost voice. Is this silence forever?”

On Tuesday, 13 February, at 11:00 UHHRU’s analytical report “Lost voice. Is this silence forever?” will be presented at Glavcom news agency (8/20 Shovkovychna).

The participants will present the results of a study of suffrage observance and organization of elections in liberated territories of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.

The presentation will also feature information on violations uncovered during special elections of the President of Ukraine in 2014, parliamentary elections in 2014 and local elections in 2015.

In addition, speakers will cover issues related to the ability of internally displaced persons to exercise their right to vote in communities where they permanently reside, and offer ways to rectify the situation.
