On May 31, Thursday, at 12:30, press conference dedicated to the presentation of UHHRU report “Armed conflict: the Russian Federation’s military support for the illegal armed formations of DPR and LPR” will take place at Glavcom press center (Kyiv, 8/20 Shovkovychna Str.)
Speakers:
Vitaliya Lebid, lawyer of UHHRU Strategic Litigation Center;
Sergiy Movchan, expert of UHHRU Documentation Center;
Oleksandr Korenkov, Director of International Research Center of Security Problems, co-author of the report;
Artem Konopkin, Army FM radio host, volunteer at Rebel Research Center, co-author of the report.
UHHRU experts and authors of the report will analyze the evidence of military support provided by Russia to illegal military formations of the “DPR” and “LPR” and presence of Russian troops, private military companies and military assets in Ukrainian territory from the perspective of international principles and approaches to the accountability of parties to an armed conflict.
