On April 2-4 2019, in Kyiv, UHHRU lawyers participated in REActPro training seminar, which was organized by NGO Frontline AIDS in the framework of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria
At the seminar we learned about new online monitoring and reporting system “Wanda».
Wanda Program is online system of monitoring and reporting, which was developed using DHIS2 software. DHIS2 is the software with open source code, which allows the governments and organizations to collect, manage and analyze data in the healthcare and in other spheres. DHIS2 software is used by the Ministries of Health all over the world, and also such organizations as MSI, PEPFAR, PSI and IPPF.
Wanda program is the web-system (DHIS2), allowing to monitor and document the cases of abuse and violation of the human rights. One can get acquainted with Wanda program using ordinary computer/notebook, and also with the help mobile application with Android operational system or the tablet. This program can be used both online and in autonomous mode.

Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union implements the project “Development of the legal network for protection of the people leaving with HIV/AIDS, representatives of key PLHIV communities and persons ill with TB” with the financial support of the Charitable organization “All-Ukrainian Network of the People Living with HIV/AIDS” in the framework of implementation of the project “Releasing the Burden of TB and HIV infection through creation of the open access to timely and quality diagnostics and treatment of the TB and its resistant forms, expanding evidence based prevention, diagnostic and treatment of HIV infection, and creation of stable and sustainable health protection systems”, which is implemented with the financial support of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria.
