Report on activities of USAID-supported legal aid centers of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union in the first half of 2018.

USAID Human Rights in Action Program, being implemented by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, supports the network of nine legal aid centers to enhance protection of the conflict-affected and displaced population from Crimea and eastern Ukraine.

The network includes Donbas-focused legal aid offices in Sloviansk, ToretskMariupol, Kramatorsk, PokrovskSumy and Dnipro, Kyiv-based Specialized legal aid center targeting both Crimean and Donbas residents and IDPs as well as Crimea-oriented office in Kherson.
