Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union conveys its deepest condolence to all Americans upon the brutal murder of people in Orlando, Florida. 

Attack on a person, regardless of his/her sexual orientation, religion, beliefs or any other discriminatory traits, is an attack on fundamentals of humane society based on dignity and equality. Our organization will always keep on fighting racism, cruelty and violence in a legal manner. But today all our thoughts are with the families of Orlando. We share in their loss.

UHHRU stands together with the people of America at this most difficult period and hopes that time and memories will help lessen the burden of their sorrow.
